Straw yellow with golden highlights. The nose reveals herbs such as thyme, fresh oregano, mint and rosemary and other notes of Mediterranean scrub, evoking the delicate biodiversity of the Salento coast: white lily and lentisk emerge. It is lively but the sip is full, providing mineral sensations with a distinctive almond finish.
