Italian law states that in order for a wine to be classified as Novello, it must contain no less than 40% of nectar deriving from carbonic maceration and it can be marketed from October 30th of the same year of the harvest to the following December 31st.
Purple color with violet reflections. The nose is fresh with hints of small red fruits; the palate is vinous and crisp.
